You can easily order and pay online using our secure shopping cart provided by Shopify API. All major credit cards are accepted as well as debit cards with a Visa logo.

Wholesome Linen Shipping & Returns

Shipping

US Standard Shipping: We process and ship within 7-10 business days of receiving your order. Custom orders take 10-14 business days to process. Normally US orders take between 14-21 business days for our customers to receive the items from the day it was shipped.

US Expedited Shipping: We also offer a faster shipping where we process your order within 24 hours of receiving and will ship via faster air courier to cut down shipping times by at least 50% of standard shipping.  

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Wholesome Linen is not responsible for delays due to customs. 

Shipping Notifications & Tracking: Email notifications are sent the day shipping occurs.

Most of the items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx.

Please be aware that Wholesome Linen is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or packages that are damaged or lost in transit. It is the postal service’s responsibility to reimburse you for your order in any of those three circumstances. It is the customer's responsibility to file any needed insurance claims with USPS or UPS to be reimbursed.

Shipping for Custom Orders

Shipping for Custom Orders in US & Canada: Custom items are shipped from Europe and we offer standard shipping rates based on the size of the item and your shipping address. All custom orders over $200 to US & Canada we ship for free, orders under $200 in US & Canada charged at standard shipping rates depending on currier and the size of your product.

We ship worldwide and can offer an express delivery. We charge additional $50 USD fee for Expedited Shipping. We typically ship within 7-10 business days from the time when you place your order. Custom orders are shipped within 10-14 business days to design and craft. You should receive the order within 3-4 business weeks from the time you placed an order, depending on your location, customs and your local post office. 

Any international taxes and duties are on customer's charge.

If you receive a notification from USPS stating that a delivery attempt was made but unable to be delivered please follow the instructions below:

Click https://redelivery.usps.com/redelivery/request.do to access the USPS form Please fill out the form and enter the following information:

  1. Your current address
  2. The Article Number from the delivery notice left by the delivery personnel. (If you did not receive a delivery notice, enter the Tracking Number provided by Wholesome Linen from the shipping notification email
  3. Select “Parcel” from the drop-down menu for “What’s the type of mail?”
  4. Enter Attempted Delivery Date
  5. Request delivery on a future date
  6. Select "Submit"

NOTE: If your package wasn't delivered (you wrote wrong address, package wasn't picked up from the post office) and was returned to us, we can send it again but you'll be responsible to pay for the product and the second shipping.

Return Policy

Custom orders and baby basket bassinet bundles are non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is a manufactures defect. All the items are made by hand so please allow 5% discrepancy.  

All other items are cancelable only up to 48 hours after you have made your order and returnable as long the criteria below are followed.

You may return the product within 14 days after you receive it. Items must be unopened, unused, unwashed and in their original packaging.

"Used" is defined as any length of time you have personally used the product after opening the original packaging. 

We are prohibited, by law, from reselling used bedding: therefore, it’s imperative that you comply with this law by not using the product in question that you wish to return. 

Customer pays shipping and 20% of listed price as a restocking fee for any refunded items.

Please note, custom sized orders are non-refundable.

If a discount code is applied to your purchase, the discounted amount will not be refunded, only the total charged at time of purchase, minus any restocking fees.

We notify you via email as soon as your return is received. Please allow 5 business days for us to inspect and process your return.
