You can easily order and pay online using our secure shopping cart provided by Shopify API. All major credit cards are accepted as well as debit cards with a Visa logo.
Standard Shipping: We process and ship within 3-5 business days of receiving your order. Normally US orders take between 7-10 business days for our customers to receive the items. Custom orders take 3-5 business days process time and between 14 and 21 business days to transit to you depending on where your shipping address.
Expedited Shipping: We also offer a faster shipping where we process your order within 24 hours of receiving and will ship via faster air courier to cut down shipping times by at least 50% of standard shipping.
Shipping Notifications & Tracking: Email notifications are sent the day shipping occurs
Shipping for Custom Orders: Custom items are shipped from Europe and we offer standard shipping rates based on the size of the item and your shipping address.
Shipping Costs: All orders over $100 to the US ship for free, orders under $100 are charged at standard shipping rate of $7 for most or our products.
All orders under $100 we charge a $20 flat fee for the rest of the world for standard shipping and an expedited shipping rate based on your shipping address.

Custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is a manufactures defect.
All other items are returnable as long the criteria below are followed.
You may return the product for any reason within 30 days from receipt of purchase. Items must be unopened, unused, unwashed and in their original packaging.
"Used" is defined as any length of time you have personally used the product.
There is a 3 year warranty for any manufacturer defected products. We stand by our quality and provide exchange for any items are defective or break for any other reason then regular wear and tear.
If you have been shipped a defective product, please return immediately and contact us through our website contact page or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We are prohibited, by law, from reselling used bedding: therefore, it’s imperative that you comply with this law by not using the product in question that you wish to return.
Customer pays shipping and 15% of listed price as a restocking fee for any refunded items.
If a discount code is applied to your purchase, the discounted amount will not be refunded, only the total charged at time of purchase, minus any restocking fees.
We notify you via email as soon as your return is received. Please allow 5 business days for us to inspect and process your return.
